As a small boy I can remember watching Angus Young on the TV, duck stepping across the stage while playing some of the heaviest music I had heard at such a young age. Many years were spent trying to emulate Angus while air guitaring to ACDC, and I’ll admit to even giving it a blast once or twice in high school while playing in a band (despite the fact I played bass guitar, not lead guitar). Never would I have thought that one day I would be standing nervously in front of one of the biggest stages I’ve ever seen, camera in hand ready to shoot Angus and the rest of ACDC live on the Auckland stop of their massive ‘Rock or Bust’ World Tour. Even now, a few days later I get the chills thinking about it. ACDC came, they played, and they destroyed all. Sorry Michael Jackson, your number one spot on my “best concerts of all time” list has been replaced – and it took a duck stepping old man dressed in a schoolboy’s uniform to do it. Rock and Roll!!
