The NZ Music Month Daily Playlist Challenge

Yesterday we brought you a playlist from Seas of Conflict who are supporting the killer double headline bill of Comeback Kid and Silverstein playing both Whammy! Bar in Auckland and Valhalla in Wellington this coming Tuesday and Wednesday. Today we bring you another outstanding playlist, this time from Joshua O’Donnell, vocalist and guitarist for Banks Arcade who are also supporting these amazing shows!
Based in Auckland, Banks Arcade are a metalcore band who recently released their EP Endnote in January of this year, a recording that is already making serious waves throughout the scene. Josh is certainly what you can call an all-rounder, writing, singing and composing for the Auckland five piece. But when you have serious amounts of talent sometimes more than one creative outlet is required. Josh has also been working on a hip hop album that he will be releasing later this year under the artist name of Cohle Harris. Having already shot two music videos, it promises to be an exceptionally exciting upcoming release.
Outside of the realms of music, Josh is a keen snowboarder and lover of extreme sports in general. Commercially minded as well, he also owns a Manuka honey business called Manuka Village! We assume that at some point Josh also sleeps…
