The Breeders current line-up – the same as the band’s classic Last Splash era – includes bassist/vocalist Kim Deal and twin sister guitarist Kelley Deal, bassist Josephine Wiggs and drummer Jim MacPherson.
Formed in 1988 in Dayton, Ohio, The Breeders released Pod, the first of their five albums, in 1990. From the breakthrough success of 1993’s Last Splash, its smash hit ‘Cannonball’ and follow up singles ‘No Aloha’ and ‘Divine Hammer’, through to 2018’s All Nerve, the band has remained one of the most influential and enduring acts of the ’90s alternative rock explosion.
